Our History
The Story of Building a Skilled Bangladesh
- In the post-COVID era, and particularly around 2024–2025, an unprecedented wave of interest in freelancing, IT, and entrepreneurship swept across the youth of Bangladesh. However, a significant gap quickly became evident: “Degrees exist, but institutional and practical skills are missing.”
As millions of graduate youths entered the job market, they realized that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern technologies had fundamentally shifted the nature of traditional work. This realization sowed the seeds of our organization. Our founders recognized that surviving the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) with only theoretical education was impossible. The youth needed ‘Resilient Skills’—skills that directly translate into employment
First Steps & Official Launch (2026)
With a small dream team and the core motto “Skills are strength, skills are the future,” our organization officially began its journey at the start of 2026.
